At Deallock, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures for returning or exchanging items:<\/p>\n

  • Karaoke products<\/strong>:
    We accept returns\/exchanges within 30 days (except Bose products).\u00a0 The exchanges are only allowed for items of greater value,\u00a0 you just need to pay the difference between the two products.\u00a0Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • Massage Chairs:\u00a0
    <\/strong>We accept the returns\/exchanges for any reason within 30 days of purchase date.The exchanges are only allowed for items of greater value,\u00a0 you just need to pay the difference between the two products. For all returning merchandise, you must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) authorized by us.\u00a0Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.

    For all returns and exchanges:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Any promotional items tied to the purchases must also be returned.<\/li>\n
    2. Delivery and set up fees are non-refundable.<\/li>\n
    3. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n
    4. Any missing parts or manuals will result in a restocking fee of 20% of item purchase price.<\/li>\n
    5. Must have the original receipt with you.<\/li>\n
    6. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
